Let’s start with Preparation for the veg patties. It can easily be done by adding veggies of your choice, to the potato mash with some herbs and spices to get amazing Indian spicy flavor.

Now make equal sized balls of the prepared mix and flatten them then for to fry and attain a crispy coating.

Take some oil in a pan and fry them from one side till it turns golden brown.

After you are satisfied with the color of your patties, turn them to fry from the other side. Now take the buns and slice them in two equal halves horizontally.

Now time to assemble your burger. Apply a coat of mayonnaise sauce on the inner layer of buns. Then place sliced onion and tomatoes.some other vegetables like cabbage or shredded carrot also enhances its taste and nutritional value.

After the filling part is done you can add the veg patties to it. You may also alter the veggies or sauces according to your taste.
